You must be satisfied. Merchandise (except
film*) can be returned, for any reason, within thirty days of receipt, for replacement or
a refund of your purchase price.
Before you return anything, please notify us
If we made a mistake with your order, we'll
send you a FedEx pre-paid label (or equivalent) for returning the incorrect
merchandise, and we'll
replace them with the correct goods. This includes film, of course.

Film cannot be returned, because we have no way of verifying how it was
handled and stored while out of our possession. Because we cannot know its
condition, we cannot put it back into stock and sell it to someone else. We do accept returns of unused rolls of film
if we shipped them by mistake or if they have proven unsatisfactory.
